Back
Lat Pulldown
Panatta · Fit Evo · Selectorized (weight stack)
Code: 1FE001
The go-to exercise for building a wider back. Seated, with your thighs held by the rollers, you pull the bar from overhead down to the front of your chest, mainly working the lats. Load is chosen with the magnetic pin on the weight stack, so it is easy to set the weight and progress — great for beginners and experienced lifters alike.
Highlights
- Magnetic pin load selection
- Height-adjustable thigh hold-down rollers
- Lat bar included, for wide or close grips
- Smooth, constant cable-guided movement
- Instruction chart showing how to perform the exercise
How to use
- 1Adjust the rollers so your thighs are held firmly and set the load on the weight stack.
- 2Grip the bar slightly wider than shoulder-width and sit down with your chest up.
- 3Pull the bar to your upper chest, driving your elbows down and back.
- 4Let the bar rise slowly until your arms are straight, without letting the plates touch down.
