This site is owned by Champions Fitness Gym – Ginásio Unipessoal, Lda., NIF 504088327, Rua Marco do Fontanário, n.º 36, 8125-233 Quarteira, which operates Champions Fitness Gym, Rua Marco do Fontanário 36, 8125-233 Quarteira, Portugal.

We try to keep the information on the site (classes, timetables, equipment, plans and prices) accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice. If in doubt, please check at reception.

The prices and membership conditions in force are those set out in the membership contract signed at the gym.

The BMR calculator and other training and nutrition content are for information only and do not replace advice from a health, nutrition or exercise professional.

Personal Trainers working with the gym may be self-employed. The services they provide are agreed directly between the client and the Personal Trainer.

The texts, images, logos and other content on this site belong to Champions Fitness Gym or their respective owners and may not be copied or used without permission.

In the event of a consumer dispute, consumers may use an alternative consumer dispute resolution body. More information at the Portuguese Consumer Portal, www.consumidor.gov.pt.

A physical Complaints Book is available at the gym, as well as the Electronic Complaints Book at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
